Thanks to this technology, we can offer materials with 9% drying, with the entire drying process being monitored for each board in order to achieve perfectly homogeneous materials.

CHECKING EVERY SINGLE BOARD

The electronically-managed plate system means the degree of humidity for each board monitored at all times, ensuring homogeneity in the drying, meaning each board has the same degree of humidity to minimise the possibility of error.

QUICK DRYING

Vacuum drying reduces cycle times by up to 70%, without affecting the quality of the material in any way. Vacuum drying prevents problems with cracking and non-homogeneous drying.

PROCESSED VOLUMES

The size of the dryer and the possibility of double loading allows boards of any length to be dried. In addition, packages of various sizes can be combined to optimise the processing cycle, meaning over 8 m3 of material can be dried to a 9% humidity in under a week.
